Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ours. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a £10 cancellation fee. Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice “no-shows” will be charged a £10 no-show fee. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your appointment time to avoid delaying other clients. Arrivals significantly past the scheduled time may be treated as a missed appointment.
